Leah Rinard

President

Since 1979

Leah Rinard earned her Associate of Arts from Cottey College in Nevada, MO and then her Bachelor’s from Denver University in Denver, Colorado. Leah holds her SPHR & SHRM- SCP as well as her CSP & HSP from American Staffing Association.

Leah started her recruiting career working with NovaCare in the 1990’s and her healthcare career with Lantis Enterprises starting as a computer project coordinator, growing into Marketing Director and VP of Outsourcing Services as well as serving on the operations board until 2012. Today, Leah serves on the Board of Directors for Lantis, Priority, Inc., Sitnal Insurance as well as acting President/CEO of Prioricare.

Leah was raised in Kearney, NE and spent a great amount of time growing up in Iowa and South Dakota. Today, she splits her time between Spearfish, SD and Longmont, CO. In her spare time, Leah enjoys her family first and foremost, spending time with friends, traveling, biking, playing tennis, reading, and occasionally playing golf and riding horses.

Debbie Ring

Director of Human Resources & Operations

Debbie was raised on a farm in west central South Dakota. She earned a BS in Business Administration from Black Hills State University in Spearfish.

Debbie worked for the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce before spending the next 26 years in healthcare management at Lantis Enterprises. Most recently the Director of Human Resources at Lantis, Debbie worked with more than 1,500 employees in 5 states.

She is currently the Director of Human Resources at Prioricare, managing all aspects of employee relations, benefits, payroll, employment law and litigation, recruitment and retention, employee training and development, and regulatory compliance.

Debbie is a Board Member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Black Hills Society of Human Resources. She is a member of the American Business Women’s Association and also services on the Advisory Board of the Black Hills State University School of Business.

In her spare time Debbie enjoys genealogy, traveling, gardening, reading and crafts.

Brooke Chastain

Facility Accountant

Brooke grew up in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. She graduated from Black Hills State University with a degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting and Marketing.

Brooke spent more than 6 years working for Lange and Speidel Business and Tax Service where she managed all bookkeeping responsibilities and prepared personal, business and farm taxes for a variety of businesses.

Brooke has worked for Lantis Enterprises for 8 years. First as the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and now as Facility Accountant. Her current responsibilities include payroll, accounts payables and receivables, monthly and yearly financials and corporate tax returns.

Brooke is currently on the board at Black Hills Gold Swimming and a member of the Girl Scouts of the USA. She plays recreational softball and volleyball in her free time.

Bobby Stohrer

Social Media Manager

Bobby grew up in Buffalo Wyoming and attended Central Wyoming College in Riverton, WY and graduated Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD with a Bachelors of Science in Broadcasting and Speech degree.

He has been with Lantis Enterprises and Prioricare Staffing Solutions for over twelve years with a range of experience in marketing, education, brand development, advertising, broadcasting, event planning and just about everything in between.

Bobby also operates a DJ business and sits in on the drum kit for multiple bands in the Black Hills Region. He enjoys just about every kind of sport indoor and out but his main priority and loves are his two beautiful daughters and wife.

Megan Pfefferle

Branch Manager - Black Hills Region

Megan grew up in Northern Wyoming, she graduated from Bellevue University in Grand Island NE with a degree in Business Management. She has spent her career in various rolls within the finance, and staffing arena.

As Branch Manager, Megan oversees the operations of the South Dakota and Wyoming territories. She is responsible for managing and developing all branch staff and maintaining client and employee relations. Megan works closely with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to plan, implement and successfully meet corporate goals.

Megan enjoys spending time with her husband of 27 years, two grown children, cooking and outdoor activities.

Alisa Ulmer

Branch Manager - Northern Rocky Mountian Region

Alisa is a native Montanan who married her high school sweetheart. She has two children and three granddaughters. Alisa balances an active personal lifestyle with her dynamic career.

Before joining Prioricare, Alisa spent more than 10 years in various customer service and sales positions within the restaurant and retail sectors.

Alisa has been an integral part of Prioricare for more than 13 years. As Branch Manager, Alisa oversees the operations of the Billings, Montana office. She is responsible for managing and developing all branch staff, maintaining client and employee relations. Alisa works closely with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to plan, implement and successfully meet corporate goals.

Alisa enjoys cooking, cruising on her Harley and watching her daughter play basketball.

Cindy Kern

Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator

Cindy was born and raised in Montana. She has lived in Oklahoma and Wyoming but Montana has always been her true home. Cindy attended Montana State University in Billings. She has been happily married for 25 years and enjoyed the opportunity to be a Stay-at-Home-Mom and home school her three children.

Before Prioricare, Cindy spent 15 years working as a Nursery Coordinator/Scheduler. As Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator for Prioricare, Cindy is responsible for the coordination of healthcare professionals among various healthcare clients. Cindy interviews and hires staff and manages all scheduling and staffing processes, including staff selection and management, client scheduling and service, issue resolution, time sheet tracking, and customer service and satisfaction.

Cindy’s hobbies include baking, crochet, camping, reading and watching her kids play basketball.

Suzan Tang

Staffing Coordinator

Suzie grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. She earned an Associate degree from Metropolitan Community College and recently graduated from Creighton University with a B.S. in Sociology.

Suzie has more than 13 years of experience in customer service and account management with two of the largest collection agencies in the Midwest.

As Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator for Prioricare, Suzie is responsible for the coordination of healthcare professionals among various healthcare clients. Suzie interviews and hires staff and manages all scheduling and staffing processes, including staff selection and management, client scheduling and service, issue resolution, time sheet tracking, and customer service and satisfaction.

Suzie enjoys spending time with her two dogs and is avid football and hockey fan.

Amy Lee

Human Resources Compliance

Amy grew up on a farm in Western South Dakota, and graduated from Black Hills State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.

Amy started her Human Resources career in 1998 as a recruiter in a call center and spent the next 12 years in Human Resource Management and Consulting. Most recently, Amy worked as a Benefits Specialist for the State of South Dakota Department of Social Services. Her current role at Prioricare Staffing Solutions involves assisting recruiters with compliance throughout the onboarding process as well as providing support to the HR Director as needed.

Amy serves on the Board of Directors for the Artemis House, holds her PHR certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and grown daughter, golfing, and exploring the Black Hills with her boxer.

Amber Schumacher

Junior Recruiter/Scheduler

Amber grew up in eastern South Dakota in the town of Hoven. She relocated to the Black Hills after high school and has loved living in the Black Hills for the past 11 years. During this time, she has spent the last 10 years in customer service; she managed a local convenience store for 2 years, collection representative for 5 years at Premier Bank and Northern Hills Collection as well spent 4 years at TMone as a recruiter/trainer. Her current position with Prioricare Staffing Solutions is Junior Recruiter/Scheduler. She provides support to the company recruiters by insuring candidates are qualified and helping them through the application process. Amber also does scheduling coordination of health care professionals among various healthcare clients. Some fun things she likes to do are four wheeling, camping, softball, and spending time with friends and family.

Kelly Woods

Scheduler

Kelly grew up in Jacksonville Florida and attended Florida State College of Jacksonville. Kelly is a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician.

She moved to South Dakota in August of 2015. Kelly has 20+ years experience in customer service which has included work in scheduling, Certified Nursing Assistant and a distribution attendant.

Her current role with Prioricare is scheduler.

On a personal note Kelly has been married to her high school sweetheart for 20 years and enjoy anything outdoors with their three daughters.

Lori Winsor

Clinical Consultant

Growing up in South Central Montana, Lori earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT and has been a registered nurse in both Montana and Colorado.

Upon graduating from MSU, Lori moved to Colorado with her husband, where she has worked in a variety of clinical settings including pediatric critical care, family public health and corporate health services.  Mid-career, Lori took a break from nursing to focus on her family and interest in communications, joining her husband in their media and marketing company.

Lori came to Prioricare Staffing Solutions in April 2017, and she is excited to provide direction and support in identifying programs and systems that support clinical services to our healthcare clients and their residents. She works closely with the recruiting, staffing and marketing teams, bringing a clinical perspective to engaging and employing qualified healthcare personnel.

Lori enjoys being a volunteer with several nonprofits, especially those that serve the needs of children and families.  Now back in Montana, she and her husband are embracing life as “empty nesters,” hiking, fishing, and traveling across the West.
