Last minute needs are not a problem for us! Temporary staffing is a way to
fill in for planned staff vacations, adjust for unexpected staff absences,
manage headcount, or try out potential full-time staff prior to committing
to the expense and responsibility of hiring. Per Diem and contract staff
remain Prioricare’s employees under our customer’s direct supervision
at the customer site.
Our customers pay hourly rates, there are no added or hidden personnel fees.
We take our co-employment responsibilities seriously; Prioricare pays all of
the normal employee taxes and insurances, including FICA, SUTA, FUTA, social
security, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, and
liability insurance. Travel costs are discussed and arrangements made up front.
Longer term programs can be specifically designed to accommodate our customer’s
needs.
Per Diem and contract/travel staff qualification and hiring process includes:

Previous employment and education verification

OIG checks
Standard Hiring Criteria
•
At least 6 months of professional experience in the appropriate clinical setting
•
Successful completion of interview processes, state licensure verification,
thorough reference checks, criminal background checks, and Prioricare orientation
•
No prior record of patient/resident abuse or HIPAA violations
•
80% or better on all administered NCLEX™ tests
•
Articulate, detailed, diligent

All hourly fees are dependent upon the times and length of shifts as well as
the area. Contact your Prioricare office to discuss options for your area.
